Manage your Departments, Offices and Partners
Using BPA CRM you'll be able to open dedicated independent
CRM sites to your internal sales departments, offices,
subsidiaries or
external agencies, resellers, partners and customers.
Each office or partner is fully independent to manage its own accounts, contacts,
opportunities, cases or any other list. You'll be able to open
self-service portals for your customers or partners.
Using the BPA SharePoint Replication add-on you'll be able to
consolidate or replicate list items in the different sites or
sub sites. For example you'll be able to consolidate at a
single location all opportunities related to your different
sales offices.
