Create your own customized Reports
Selected end users will be able to create advanced reports using
a simple web-based query tool. End users will be able to build complex Boolean queries
based on many BPA CRM lists (e.g. all contacts where account is
located in the US and with open opportunities).
An end user can simply add as many conditions as needed on
all available fields and lists using operators like: >, <, =, is
empty. You don't have to be an administrator to build queries.
Selected queries can be saved in reports to be displayed to
end users. From a report you'll be able to export your data in a
spreadsheet and quickly create a synchronized pivot chart.
